This Order Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made directly on www.LostInTransit.us.
We do not offer subscriptions, memberships, pre‑orders, or reservations.

Customer‑Initiated Cancellations
Customer‑Initiated Cancellations
 You may request to cancel an order any time before we begin fulfillment.
 Fulfillment typically starts quickly (often within 1–3 business days). Once a shipping
label is created or the package has been transferred to the carrier, the order cannot be
canceled.
 If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy and Return Policy
(returns are accepted only if we made an error).
How to Request Cancellation
1) Email randy@lostintransit.us as soon as possible with the subject line: “Cancel Order –

{order_number}”.

2) Include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
3) We will confirm by email whether cancellation was successful (based on order status at
the time we review your request).

 If your cancellation request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment
method via Stripe.
 We typically process within 2–3 business days; your bank or card issuer may take 5–10
additional business days to post the credit.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion, including for:
 Suspected fraud, payment anomalies, or failure to pass risk checks
 Pricing, listing, or inventory errors (many items are one‑of‑a‑kind or limited quantity)
 Inability to verify shipping address or identity prior to shipment
 Legal, regulatory, carrier, or export restrictions
If we cancel your order prior to shipment, you will receive a full refund to the original
payment method.

 If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or refusal,
no refund will be issued. You may contact us to pay secondary shipping to resend the
