Description

Vintage Clear Glass Large Serving Bowl 11″ Starburst Pinwheel Sawtooth Edge used
Add a magnificent centerpiece statement to your holiday dinner table, buffet spread, or vintage glassware collection with this large vintage clear pressed glass serving bowl. Measuring an impressive 10 7/8 inches in diameter and standing 3 inches tall, this substantial, heavy-weight glassware masterpiece is engineered to capture and scatter room lighting with incredible brilliance.
The deep basin features a dramatic, highly detailed Early American Pressed Glass style layout. The bottom interior is grounded by a large multi-point radiant starburst emblem that anchors the dish. Sweeping upward across the exterior walls are alternating panels of dense, crisp geometric diamond pinwheels, deep sweeping stylized thumbprint lines, and multi-faceted stellar fields. The entire presentation is beautifully crowned by a textured, sawtooth-style scalloped edge rim that frames the dish perfectly. It is offered in clean, beautifully preserved pre-owned condition.
