Description

Vintage Clear Pressed Glass Serving Bowl Scalloped Rim Mixed Pattern Floral Oval

Add a beautiful layer of classic elegance to your dinner table, holiday spread, or vintage glassware collection with this striking vintage clear pressed glass serving bowl. Measuring in a versatile circular shape, this substantial, heavy-glass dish features a beautifully dramatic scalloped outer rim that gracefully mimics a fully bloomed flower.

The exterior walls of the bowl are showcase-worthy, decorated with a repeating series of upright paneled arches (often referred to as elongated thumbprint or oval panels). Each individual panel alternates between distinct, intricately molded geometric and botanical styles. You will find exquisite details including embossed floral stars, delicate crosshatch lattice fields, crisp sunburst lines, and elegant leaves that completely circle the piece. The interior basin bottom settles into a perfectly smooth polished glass surface, allowing the detailed pattern underneath to catch and magnify the ambient light from your dining area. It is offered in clean, pre-owned condition with lovely clarity.
