At LostInTransit.us, we strive to offer transparency and fairness with every purchase. Because our inventory comes from lost or misrouted shipments, we are not factory-authorized dealers of the products we sell.

✅ Returns Are Accepted If:

  • The item arrives damaged or broken.
  • The item is dead on arrival or non-functional.
  • The item is materially different than described in the listing.

We want you to be satisfied and will work with you to resolve any valid issue.

❌ Returns Are Not Accepted For:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., “changed my mind”).
  • Fit or compatibility issues (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, doesn’t work for my setup or purpose).
  • Assumptions outside the description (e.g., expecting accessories not mentioned).

Please contact us first if there’s a problem. We’re happy to help and may be able to resolve it quickly without a return.


How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  2. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide return instructions.
  3. Do not send an item back without an RA# — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

For quality assurance and fraud prevention, all items are discreetly marked before shipping. When we receive your return, our team verifies the hidden markings against our shipping records.

Once verified, we’ll issue a full refund, including:

  • Item price
  • Shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs

If the returned item does not match our shipping documentation or lacks our internal markings, we will:

  • Document the discrepancy
  • Report the issue to the appropriate fraud monitoring authorities
