www.LostInTransit.us.

 Carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx
 Destinations: 48 contiguous United States plus Alaska and Hawaii
 We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
 We ship to PO Boxes via USPS when available.
 We do not ship internationally at this time.

 Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
 Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

 Real-time carrier-calculated rates displayed at checkout.
 Rates are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.
 We do not currently offer free shipping thresholds.

Estimated Transit Times

 USPS Ground Advantage®: typically 2–5 business days (domestic)
 USPS Priority Mail®: typically 1–3 business days (domestic)
 UPS® Ground: typically 1–5 business days (domestic)
 FedEx® Home Delivery/Ground: typically 1–5 business days (domestic)

 Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and exclude our handling time. Weather,
peak season volume, and carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.

 Tracking numbers are emailed automatically when your order ships.
 Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to start updating after carrier pick-up.

Address Accuracy & Returned Shipments

 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or refusal, the
customer may contact us to pay the cost of secondary shipping to resend the item. No
refunds are issued for returned-to-sender shipments.
 To avoid delays, verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

 Signature is not required by default. We may require a signature at our discretion for
high-value orders or suspected fraud risk.

 We do not cover porch theft after the carrier shows a ‘Delivered’ scan. If theft is
suspected, please file a report with local authorities and consider a claim with the
carrier.
 We will assist with providing documentation to support any carrier investigation.
