Be aware that during packaging, before shipping, we mark all items (single or multiple components) with a hidden mark and document the location of such a mark. When the item with the RA# arrives, our receiving department will validate that the item’s marking matches the documented pictures from shipping. Upon validation, we refund the original purchase price (item, shipping, and tax), as well as the return shipping cost.
