When the item with the RA# arrives, our receiving department will validate that the item’s marking matches the documented pictures from shipping. Upon validation, we refund the original purchase price (item, shipping, and tax), as well as the return shipping cost. Items that do not bear our markings are documented, and both sets (ship out and return) documentation is sent to eBay’s fraud department. Please contact us before returning or refusing the shipment. An RA# is required to ensure that the proper process is followed in processing refunds.
