• All items are our stock…We only sell products from our own warehouse in Northeast Mississippi.

• All orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday immediately after receipt of full payment. Most orders are shipped the same day or the next day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday morning.

• No Returns for changing mind, wrong color, wrong size.  We accept returns for any issue such as dead-on-arrival product, arrived broken, item not as described, etc. We attempt to be fair and make every effort to ensure that you are happy with the product. Contact us if you have any problems. 

NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS: To request a return, notify us via eBay email message, and if there is a problem, we will attempt to correct or issue a return authorization. Be aware that during packaging, before shipping, we mark all items (single or multiple components) with a hidden mark and document the location of such a mark. When the item with the RA# arrives, our receiving department will validate that the item’s marking matches the documented pictures from shipping. Upon validation, we refund the original purchase price (item, shipping, and tax), as well as the return shipping cost. Items that do not bear our markings are documented, and both sets (ship out and return) documentation is sent to eBay’s fraud department. Please contact us before returning or refusing the shipment. An RA# is required to ensure that the proper process is followed in processing refunds.
